According to the tag width and other detailed sizes, we design machines and moulds, machines body SS304 material, electrica elements adopt famous brand, for example, ABB/DELTA, OMRON, SIEMENS, etc, PLC control and touch screen panel, our extruder screw and grear box always use local famous brand, guarantee the good quality for customers.
(1) when want to produce 3color hard+hard+soft price tag,should settle 2sets SJ45/25 and 1set SJ25/25 to co-extrusion,use 3 color co-extrusion mould.
(2) when want to produce 1color price tag,only settle 1set SJ45/25 extruder to extrusion.Use 1 color extrusion mould.
(3) when want to produce 2color hard price tag,should settle 2sets SJ45/25 to co-extrusion.use 2 color co-extrusion mould.
(4) when want to produce 2color hard+soft price tag,can settle 1set SJ45/25 and 1set SJ25/25 to co-extrusion. Use 2 color co-extrusion mould.
