PP corrugated sheet making machine

PP corrugated hollow sheet machine includes:

Automatic material loading and drying machine→single screw extruder→screen changer→melt pump→mould→calibration machine→haul-off machine→cutting machine→stacker

PE/PP hollow corrugated sheet is an ideal substitute for carton box in making packaging box. It is characterized by light weight, high intensity, damp proof, and anti-corrosion.

1. Extruder:

Appropriate single-screw extruder(exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

2. Screen changer, melt pump and mould:

The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage. Unique T-Die is specially designed for PP hollow sheet. The thickness of hollow sheet could be from 2mm to 10 mm with twin-wall. The ribbed between walls could be rectangular and diagonal shape.

3. Calibration machine:

The vacuum calibrator featured with wear-resistance, dirty free and the lifting, falling and leveling for the forming plates is much easier to be controlled.

The vacuum system composes two independent subsystem, equipped with several closed loop vacuum lines, which carries vacuum regulating system and vacuum displaying system, to ensure stable and even vacuum degree of sheet surface.

4. Hual-off machine:

First haul off device is of high power, high reduction gear ratio, multi roll type, high traction, to draw the sheet up from calibrator evenly and synchronizedly.
Second haul off device is to remove stress and equipped with edge cutting device to ensure effective width and smooth cutting.

5. Cutting machine:

Accurate imported automatic length indicator, adopts electric fly cutting and traversing cutting.

6. The stacker: It is supplied according to customers’requirements.
